In 2019, Major League Baseball will host the 2nd annual Jennie Finch Classic as part of the 2019 All-Star Week Festivities. The Jennie Finch Classic is a semi-competitive youth softball tournament for Major League Baseball Youth Academies and their participants ages fourteen (14) to seventeen (17).  Throughout the event participants will have the opportunity to compete in games, participate in volunteer events, attend PLAY BALL Park, Futures Game, Homerun Derby and more.  All teams will arrive into the Greater Cleveland area on Thursday July 4th, play games and participate in All-Star Week activities July 5th - July 8th, and return to their respective cities on Tuesday July 9th. Major League Baseball will provide all participating players and coaches with uniform top, pants, hat, socks and belt.
