In 2017, USA Baseball and Major League Baseball launched the inaugural Trailblazer Series, built around Jackie Robinson Day. In 2019, USA Baseball and Major League Baseball will host the third Trailblazer Series from April 11-14, 2019 in Compton, CA for 96 girls. 

When: April 11-14, 2019

Where: Major League Baseball's Compton Youth Academy (Compton, CA)

Eligibility: Players 11-13 years old as of June 1, 2019

- Will feature competitive play, wold-class instruction, and unique educational opportunities

- Trailblazer participants' expenses will be covered

- Participants will have the opportunity to learn from current and former members of the USA Baseball Women's National Team, baseball industry professionals, and others in the sports industry

The application is due on February 12, 2019.
